Egon-Michael Durach
Egon Michael Durach, born in Allgäu started his own business together with his wife in her hometown Bad Saulgau, after different stages of his career, namely, at Roy Petermann in “Landhaus Dill”, currently known as “Louis C. Jacob” in Hamburg, thereafter, as chef at the summer residency of the French President Francois Mitterrand in Rambouillet, near Paris as well as 8 years in Graubünden and Solothurn in Switzerland.
