The VINUM restaurant reflects a noble and elegant presentation. The chairs and nook seats upholstered in purple satin, white tables, an open fireplace and the big window overlooking the garden, offer the guests appropriate settings for successful dinners.
The menu reflects Durach’s passion for Mediterranean, Asian and French cuisine and contains delicacies like Lemongrass Cappuccino, Guinea-Fowl Terrine or Red Mullet with Wasabi Foam.
